Counselling can be extremely beneficial when you are going through a difficult time in your life or when you notice that events from the past or certain behaviours are holding you back from feeling happy or achieving your goals in life.
Coming to us for counselling offers non-judgemental support in a safe environment. We offer you a confidential space to clarify your issues, work out solutions that work for you and then assist you in taking the next steps.
Our work is solution focused which means, we mostly focus on what you want in your life and how to get it . While it may be necessary to look at past issues in order to change current behaviours, the main focus will be on the present and the future.
In our work we use a selection of effective counselling skills drawing from the fields of NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT and Mindfulness. Generally our clients start experiencing changes within themselves already after just a few sessions and often say they feel more empowered in their life as a result of having worked with us.
