Embracing change as a positive force in our lives rarely comes easily or naturally. Often we fight against it in protest – trying to keep the status quo, the known, the comfort zone.  And yet, the saying: ‘The only thing certain in life is change’, is more likely to be the reality. Having a source of caring support through periods of transition can bring a sense of not facing it alone. 

Change can feel daunting and scary. To work through a change in life well requires us to reflect on where we’ve been already on our journey and decide where we want our next steps to take us. Life transitions are a calling to grow and expand. Often it’s the unknown we fear and yet we are required to accept and adapt to the change.

We can support you in your journey by providing a safe space to explore the thoughts and emotions as they arise before, during and after change. We can help you work through decision making, find alignment with yourself and identify the positives from the past as you move forward with hope and a plan for the future.
